Cohere is hiring a full-time Solutions Architect to grow its Public Sector business and own technical pre-sales and post-sales relationships. The role involves understanding customer problems, designing enterprise NLP and AI solutions, leading customer evaluations and proof of concepts, collaborating with product and engineering teams, and gathering customer feedback. Candidates must have a security clearance, at least five years of public-sector customer-facing technical pre- and post-sales solutions architecture experience, and at least two years architecting or deploying NLP, AI, or LLM solutions.
