Description
The Solutions Architect will work directly with enterprise customers to deploy, configure, integrate, and operationalize the ARIA platform in production environments. The role owns the technical relationship from pre-sales proof-of-concept through implementation, go-live, expansion, and ongoing support, while collaborating with process owners, security teams, Strategic Engagement Leads, and the Product and Platform Engineering teams. Responsibilities include designing and running customer-specific PoCs, building Python connectors and scripts, mapping data sources, troubleshooting distributed systems, documenting solutions, and contributing to deployment tooling and operational playbooks. The role requires at least six years of relevant software engineering, solutions architecture, implementation engineering, or forward-deployed experience, production enterprise customer experience, cloud deployment experience, strong Python skills, and a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
