Description
Harmonic Security is hiring a Solutions Architect to support prospective and existing customers in understanding and adopting its AI governance and control platform. The role owns pre-sales technical activities, collaborates with customers on tailored proof-of-concept plans, works with the EMEA/DACH sales team, and partners with product and marketing to translate technical insights into customer-facing content. Candidates should have enterprise security solutions experience, hands-on AI productivity-tool experience, enterprise software deployment experience, scripting ability, and strong customer-facing problem-solving skills.
