Improvix Technologies is hiring a full-time Technical Solution Architect in Reston, Virginia, with a hybrid arrangement requiring onsite work as needed. The role leads technical solution development for federal opportunities, partners with business development and delivery teams, creates proposal narratives and diagrams, advises customers, maps emerging technologies, supports program modernization, and mentors engineering teams. Candidates need at least seven years of federal IT solution architecture, systems engineering, or technical leadership experience, federal proposal and solution development experience, enterprise architecture knowledge, familiarity with federal security and compliance frameworks, strong communication and collaboration skills, and a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
