Description
Indico is hiring a remote Solutions Architect for its Professional Services team, with the United States East Coast preferred. The role leads customer engagements by designing data extraction workflows and workspaces, advising customers on GenAI and machine learning applications, capturing requirements, leading pilots and custom development, and integrating customer IT systems. The architect will also partner with product, engineering, research and development, customer success, and sales teams to productionize customer use cases and support enablement. The position requires at least four years of customer-facing or business-stakeholder-facing software development or professional services experience, strong Python skills, and familiarity with software development practices, data schemas, system integrations, and data security.
