Iron Mountain is hiring a Pre-Sales Solutions Architect for its Digital Business Unit to design and deliver tailored pre-sales solution architectures, technical demonstrations, and proofs of concept for complex customer requirements. The role collaborates with sales teams, account executives, and executive stakeholders, while providing technical ownership, quality assurance, and compliance oversight for pursuits, statements of work, and contract configurations. Candidates should have at least five years of experience in technical solution design, architecture, and modeling within cloud SaaS, content services, or technology consulting platforms, along with knowledge of enterprise data architecture, content management, business process management, data protection, and optical character recognition technologies, plus a valid cloud architectural certification.
