Description
Levata is hiring a Solutions Architect – Payments to provide technical pre-sales support, solution design, product expertise, and customer consultation for payment technology solutions. The role partners with customers, Sales, payment technology manufacturers, software developers, and internal teams to understand requirements, recommend solutions, support sales opportunities, develop technical documentation, coordinate implementations, troubleshoot integrations, evaluate new products, and provide training. Candidates need a bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience, at least five years of relevant technical pre-sales or solutions architecture experience, knowledge of payment hardware, software, POS systems, integrations, networking, and databases, and strong communication and project-management skills. The role may require remote or onsite customer support and up to 20% travel.
