Description
Mapbox is hiring a Solutions Architect to partner with customers and account teams on global OEMs and domestic startups, translating customer needs into scalable Mapbox platform solutions. The role covers technical discovery, architecture design, RFI/RFQ responses, pre-sales enablement, workshops, demos, PoC/PoV, customer adoption, and feedback to product and engineering. Candidates should have at least five years of solutions architecture, customer-facing engineering, or consulting experience, fluency in Korean and English, and the ability to reside in Japan or South Korea; the position is remote.
