Paramount Commerce is hiring its first dedicated Solutions Architect to build and scale a technical pre-sales function for strategic merchant integrations across gaming, fintech, remittance, and cryptocurrency. Reporting to the CRO, the role partners with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Account Management to explain payment solutions, design integration architectures, identify compliance and technical risks, lead solution scoping, and improve handoffs to delivery. The position requires 7–10+ years of payments industry experience, strong knowledge of APIs, webhooks, reconciliation, settlement flows, and Canadian and US payment rails, and offers a hybrid Toronto arrangement with a base salary of $150,000–$190,000 CAD plus performance bonus.
