Description
The Enterprise Solutions Architect leads complex enterprise implementations of Radancy’s Talent Acquisition Cloud platform, recruiting workflows, and integrations. The role partners with customers and internal teams to conduct discovery workshops, document requirements and workflows, design scalable solution architectures, lead implementation governance and launch readiness, advise on ATS and CRM best practices, support escalations and recovery, and develop reusable implementation methodologies. It requires 8+ years of enterprise software implementation experience and 5+ years in talent acquisition technology or complex SaaS environments.
