Description
The Solutions Architect will partner with the National Account Team to drive adoption of Resmed solutions across strategic accounts. This role involves providing business and technical expertise, acting as a trusted advisor to customers and internal stakeholders, and collaborating with various cross-functional teams to optimize solutions and deliver measurable business value. The architect will lead discovery sessions, conduct gap analyses, design tailored digital health solutions, and support solution development and optimization.
