Description
The Solutions Architect collaborates with customers and internal teams to design and deliver scalable, secure, and robust technical solutions for small-to-medium projects or enterprise solutions. The role translates business requirements into solution designs, evaluates technology platforms, troubleshoots solution issues, communicates technical concepts to stakeholders, and contributes to knowledge sharing, documentation, and process improvement. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience, 3–5 years of relevant IT or solutions architecture experience, programming or scripting proficiency, cloud platform familiarity, and strong analytical and communication skills.
