Description
The Solutions Architect at Root acts as a subject-matter expert across client engagements, translating Root’s modular, API-first platform into scalable solutions from early sales and discovery through delivery and post-live projects. The role involves technical assessments, solution design, architecture diagrams, product specifications, demos, integrations, middleware, and handoffs to Delivery, while collaborating with Sales, Product, Client Success, and Engineering. Candidates need a technical or scientific bachelor’s degree, demonstrable coding skills, at least four years of solutions engineering, sales engineering, or technical implementation experience, and client-facing requirements-gathering experience; insurance industry experience is preferred.
