SunnyData is hiring a Solutions Architect to serve as a trusted advisor to customers, split between billable and pre-sales work, and lead data engineering and data architecture solutions focused on Databricks. The role involves designing and deploying data solutions, supporting AI, machine learning, and business intelligence initiatives, managing customer accounts, collaborating with sales and internal teams, resolving defects, testing data components, and mentoring engineers. Candidates need 7+ years of Solutions Architect or senior data engineering experience, expertise in data engineering and Databricks technologies, programming skills in Java, Python, or Scala, cloud platform knowledge, SQL expertise, client-facing and presentation abilities, and a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related engineering field.
