Vapi is hiring its first Solutions Architect to support enterprise customers by learning the product and sales motion, conducting technical discovery and demos, building customer-specific demonstrations, designing proof-of-concepts, answering technical questions, and leading deals through close and go-live. The role requires 4+ years of technical customer-facing experience, coding ability, and experience with voice, telephony, or contact center infrastructure.
