Description
The role acts as a technical translator between the commercial team and strategic clients, guiding new corporate clients through technical onboarding and platform adoption. Responsibilities include designing Ledger and L2 architecture, writing integration scripts and sample code, troubleshooting API failures, supporting high-level solution pitches, and translating customer feedback into product requirements. The position requires 7+ years of software development or systems engineering experience, complex B2B integration experience, strong API and financial solutions architecture knowledge, and conversational English at B2 or higher.
