Description
Apple is hiring a Solutions Architect to own end-to-end system design for large-scale, distributed customer-facing, partner-facing, and agent-facing platforms in the AppleCare sales, service, and support space. The role covers systems impact analysis, interfaces, integrations, data flows, design specifications, technical reviews, SLAs and SLOs, observability, integration testing, production delivery, and guidance of partner teams. It requires 10+ years of software engineering experience focused on system design, technical architecture, or solution architecture, along with experience on large-scale production systems, distributed-systems architecture, and modern backend technologies.
