Deepgram is hiring a remote Solutions Architect in EMEA to own complex post-sales engagements, guide enterprise customers through production deployments, and provide Tier-3 technical support. The role covers architecture, implementation, reference designs, troubleshooting, automation, pre-sales validation, product and engineering feedback, knowledge systems, and regional on-call or incident support. Candidates need at least five years of relevant customer-facing technical experience, professional software engineering experience, cloud and containerization expertise, and strong communication skills; experience with speech recognition, voice agents, self-hosted systems, and EMEA compliance is preferred.
