GitLab is hiring a Manager of Public Sector Solutions Architects to lead a team of Solutions Architects serving public sector customers. The role combines technical pre-sales and solution architecture with team leadership, including hiring, coaching, performance management, execution tracking, and mentoring. The manager will collaborate with regional sales managers, engineering, product management, and marketing, and will also act as a Solutions Architect on selected opportunities. The position requires United States citizenship, 3–5 years of public sector experience, and 2+ years leading high-performing teams. It is a remote role with a United States base salary range of $183,200–$308,400 USD and eligibility for incentive pay.
