Description
Deepgram is hiring an Applied Engineer to serve as the first dedicated technical presence for Arabic-speaking markets. The role combines customer implementation and scaling, pre-sales technical discovery and proof-of-concepts, solution design, customer representation, reusable architecture development, and complex post-onboarding support. It requires native or professional-level Arabic fluency, strong English communication, at least four years of enterprise technical implementation experience, and a software engineering background with production deployment experience. The role is based in the Middle East and North Africa or elsewhere in EMEA, with a 40% implementation, 25% pre-sales, 15% reusable-pattern development, 10% documentation and product feedback, and 10% complex escalations split.
