Description
Anderson Technologies is hiring a Solutions Architect / Tier 3 Engineer to serve as the highest point of technical escalation and lead technical designer for client solutions. The hybrid role resolves complex Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, connectivity, and VoIP issues; designs secure cloud and hybrid environments; manages Azure subscriptions and Microsoft 365 tenants; leads migrations and onboarding; supports pre-sales and solution engineering; and mentors engineers while improving support and delivery processes. The role requires at least seven years of experience in an MSP or IT services environment, deep Microsoft 365 and Azure expertise, networking and migration experience, and proficiency with PSA and RMM tools.
