RSM is hiring a Solutions Architecture Associate Director to lead end-to-end architecture for custom solutions across React frontend and .NET/Python backend services. The role focuses on microservices and API architecture, Domain-Driven Design, event-driven integrations with Azure Service Bus, non-functional requirements, architecture reviews, technical documentation, roadmap collaboration, and mentoring. It requires 8+ years of software engineering or architecture experience, including at least 4 years as a solution architect, plus advanced Azure, distributed systems, CI/CD, DevSecOps, security, and multi-tenant SaaS expertise.
