Dotfile is hiring a Solutions Consultant to own the full customer journey from pre-sales through implementation and ongoing success. The role bridges Sales, Product, and Engineering by qualifying opportunities, conducting technical discovery, delivering demonstrations and proof-of-concepts, designing integration architectures, preparing proposals and RFP responses, managing onboarding and configuration, supporting customers, and influencing the product roadmap. Candidates need 5+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role, strong API and integration knowledge, consultative problem-solving skills, and fluency in English and French.
