Description
Dotfile is hiring a Solutions Consultant to work with financial institutions on complex compliance challenges. The role spans pre-sales discovery, solution architecture, product demonstrations and proofs of concept, integration and go-live implementation, and the deployment of AI capabilities into production workflows. The consultant will partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and customers, use AI extensively to automate work, and report to the Director of Solutions Consulting. The position requires at least three years of experience in a technical customer-facing role, strong API and integration knowledge, fluency in English and French, and comfort with complex business processes and senior-stakeholder presentations.
