Description
Upshop is hiring a Solutions Consultant to partner with sales, customer success, product, and engineering teams to understand customer needs, design and scoping Upshop solutions, lead discovery and implementation recommendations, present solutions, and support customer adoption. The role requires at least three years of relevant solutions or sales consulting experience, retail or SaaS enterprise experience, and knowledge of retail systems such as POS, OMS, CRM, and analytics. It is a work-from-home role requiring up to 30% travel and mandatory remote meeting cameras, with base salary plus commission.
