Smartsheet is hiring a Solutions Consultant in Professional Services Delivery to act as a strategic partner for customers, advising on business challenges and designing and deploying AI-native and automation solutions. The role leads concurrent transformational projects, manages delivery outcomes, validates solutions, partners with account and sales teams on expansion opportunities, and may work remotely from the Eastern region of the United States. Candidates need 4–5 years of relevant management or technology consulting experience, SaaS implementation experience, change-management and business-process-optimization expertise, and Agile project-management knowledge. The position offers a US base salary of $92,500–$126,250 and includes medical, vision, dental, retirement, leave, and other benefits.
