Digital Workforce Services is hiring a Solutions Consultant (UiPath Developer) for a full-time permanent role supporting a major healthcare customer in Stockholm. The position designs, develops, maintains, and deploys UiPath automation solutions; leads process analysis and stakeholder workshops; validates business cases; collaborates with cross-functional teams; and ensures quality and documentation throughout the RPA lifecycle. Candidates need at least four years of UiPath automation development experience, knowledge of API integration, data management, and orchestration, strong analytical and communication skills, and fluency in Swedish and English. The role offers hybrid and flexible working arrangements, including two onsite days at the customer office in Stockholm, but does not offer relocation or work-permit sponsorship.
