Smartsheet is hiring a Solutions Consultant in Professional Services Delivery to act as a strategic partner for customers, advising on business processes and designing and deploying AI-native and automation solutions. The role leads concurrent transformational projects, manages delivery outcomes, validates solutions, partners with account and sales teams, and identifies expansion opportunities. It requires 4–5 years of relevant management or technology consulting experience, SaaS implementation experience, change management and business process optimization expertise, and Agile project management knowledge. The position is remote-eligible from the Eastern region of the United States and offers a base salary of $92,500–$126,250 USD plus an incentive opportunity.
