Description
Total Expert is hiring a Solutions Delivery Manager to support Professional Services and customers through data mapping, analysis, import, API and point-to-point integration troubleshooting, QA, documentation, and project management for customer onboarding and implementation projects. The role requires 3–5 years of experience, SQL and Excel proficiency, customer-facing communication, and strong analytical skills; it is remote for candidates outside Minnesota and hybrid for Minnesota-based candidates with three on-site days per week in St. Louis Park, Minnesota. The anticipated base salary is $110,000–$120,000 annually, with a discretionary bonus and benefits including medical, dental, vision, HSA, FSA, retirement matching, and other leave and insurance benefits.
