Description
The Solutions Design Engineer serves as a strategic engineering partner to Sales and business unit leaders, translating customer requirements into scalable, operationally sound, and financially viable integrated supply chain solutions. The role covers early-stage customer discovery, solution design across LTL, dedicated, brokerage, and warehousing services, feasibility and financial modeling, cross-functional coordination, win-strategy support, contract alignment, startup planning, and solution optimization. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, logistics, transportation, economics, or a related analytical field, at least five years of relevant experience, and strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional skills.
