Description

Synopsys is seeking a Digital IC Design and DFT Engineer to deliver end-to-end design-for-test solutions for complex SoCs and customer designs. The role covers DFT architecture planning, scan insertion, ATPG and MBIST implementation, silicon bring-up, diagnostics, customer design reviews, technical support and training, product demonstrations, and silicon test-data analysis. Candidates need a bachelor's degree with 7+ years or a master's degree with 5+ years in a relevant engineering field, plus hands-on RTL, DFT, ATPG, scan, and silicon bring-up experience; automotive or safety-critical MBIST experience is a strong plus.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or a master's degree in a related field

Experience implementing and validating scan for large, multi-IP SoCs with complex hierarchies and multiple clock domains
