Description
Grafana Labs is hiring a remote Solutions Engineer based in Spain to serve as a customer-facing product expert for its observability platform. The role partners closely with Sales to run technical engagements, deliver demos and presentations, support technical evaluations, gather customer feedback, and create enablement content such as documentation, blog posts, videos, and knowledge base articles. The position requires 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience, strong communication and collaboration skills, a technical mindset, and familiarity with open source or monitoring/metrics technologies; compensation in Spain is EUR 107,000–132,000 OTE plus RSUs.
