Description
Telnyx is seeking a Solutions Engineer for MENA to join their team. This role involves partnering with various internal teams like Account Executives, Sales Development Representatives, Product, and Engineering to guide customers through the entire sales cycle. The engineer will lead technical discovery, deliver product demos, design solution architectures, answer customer questions, and support proof-of-concept work. They will also identify and resolve technical blockers to ensure successful deals close. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in areas like telecom, cloud infrastructure, networking, SIP/VoIP, contact center technology, APIs, or AI-powered communications, and they must be able to effectively communicate these capabilities to diverse audiences.
