Global-e is hiring a Solutions Engineer to support Sales, Project, Product, and R&D teams by leading technical discussions, integration tracks, solution demonstrations, and client implementations for cross-border e-commerce. The role involves explaining platform capabilities, resolving technical objections and integration roadblocks, advising on integration strategy and best practices, supporting partners after implementation, and relaying customer feedback to Product and R&D. Candidates should have at least three years of client-facing solution design or integration experience in a SaaS environment, strong communication and troubleshooting skills, knowledge of REST APIs and SQL databases, a technical degree, and the ability to work across cloud and varied technology environments.
