Grafana Labs is hiring a Solutions Engineer in France for a fully remote role focused on customer-facing technical pre-sales. The position partners with Sales to present Grafana’s observability platform, run demos and technical evaluations, handle complex opportunities, and provide feedback to product and engineering teams. The role requires at least 5 years of technical pre-sales experience, strong communication skills, fluency in Arabic, and location in France; open source or monitoring experience and MEDDPICC familiarity are advantages. Compensation in France is an OTE of EUR 115,750 to EUR 138,000 plus RSUs.
