Description
Global-e is hiring a customer-focused Solutions Engineer to lead technical discovery, solution scoping, integration strategy, and technical discussions for prospective and existing e-commerce clients expanding into cross-border markets. The role partners with Sales, Project, Product, and R&D teams; explains platform capabilities, prototypes integrations, supports client implementations, and channels customer feedback into product development. It requires 4–5 years of solution design, systems integration, or technical consulting experience in a SaaS environment, a relevant technical degree, strong API and REST architecture knowledge, native or near-native Japanese, and strong communication skills; Korean or Mandarin and e-commerce platform experience are advantageous.
