Description
Cresta is hiring a Principal Solutions Engineer, AI Agent to serve as the technical expert on AI Agent capabilities throughout the sales cycle. The role partners with Core Solutions Engineers, leads customer workshops and use-case and API discovery, supports complex demos, helps build ROI business cases, collaborates with Forward Deployed Product and Engineering, and provides feedback to Product and Engineering. Candidates should have at least five years in customer-facing technical roles, including three to five years selling to large enterprises, along with hands-on AI Agent, API, integration, and conversational AI experience. The role offers a variable target compensation range of $225,000-$275,000 plus equity and benefits.
