Description
Assignar is hiring a full-time Solutions Engineer to own the technical side of Pay implementations for construction contractors, from discovery and scope through configuration, testing, live payroll, implementation, training, and business-case development. The role partners with Sales, Customer Success, Implementation, and customers; requires construction finance, ERP, payroll, EBA, and cost-code expertise; and involves 25–30% travel to customer sites and offices. Preferred locations are Sydney, Brisbane, or the Gold Coast in Australia, with remote work available.
