Description
Attio is hiring a Solutions Engineer to support new customers through video calls, email, and live chat; design onboarding programs; identify expansion opportunities; resolve product issues; and gather feedback for product improvement. The role requires customer-facing experience with complex products, SaaS solution design, system integration using APIs, JSON, iPaaS tools, and at least one programming or query language. The hiring process includes an introductory call, technical and stakeholder interviews, a mock demo, and an offer stage.
