Description
Avante is hiring its first Solutions Engineer to partner with Sales throughout the enterprise sales cycle, leading technical discovery, demos, solution design, security and compliance diligence, and late-stage validation. The role requires experience in enterprise sales, HR technology or benefits, cloud infrastructure, modern data systems, AI deployment, and enterprise security and compliance, along with strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Avante works four days per week in the office and one day remotely.
