Axle Energy is hiring a Solutions Engineer to build integrations and technical infrastructure for customers connecting distributed energy devices, orchestrate them, and participate in electricity markets. The role combines software engineering, customer implementation, solution design, troubleshooting, and product feedback, using Python, React, Docker, and GCP. It offers a hybrid arrangement with 2–3 office days per week, total compensation of £75,000–£200,000 including base salary and equity, and an interview process involving an initial interview, remote pair programming, and a final in-person interview.
