boost.ai is hiring a remote, permanent Solutions Engineer for its North American Professional Services team. The role combines pre-sales scoping, technical solution design, customer-facing implementation, and delivery of voice and chat automation using the Boost.ai platform. Responsibilities include building JavaScript-based API workflows, integrating CCaaS and other enterprise systems, configuring speech and telephony services, supporting PSTN, SIP, and WebRTC deployments, and helping customers adopt safe LLM-enabled automation. The position requires approximately three years of technical, customer-facing experience and hands-on JavaScript experience.
