Checkly is hiring a remote Solutions Engineer for its US East Coast, Series B DevTools SaaS synthetic monitoring business. The role owns technical onboarding, implementation, configuration, workshops, training, troubleshooting, adoption, and growth for customer engineering teams, while also running customer meetings and contributing documentation and feedback. Candidates should have around two years of post-sales technical experience, hands-on monitoring, observability, or automated testing experience, strong coding and debugging skills, and the ability to use AI tools. The position offers a 70% base salary and 30% commission split, with $107,000–$155,000 OTE in the United States and $134,000–$185,000 OTE in US Tier 1 locations.
