Description
Diligent is hiring a Solutions Engineer to partner with Sales and lead pre-sales for small to mid-sized opportunities in risk, audit, controls, and governance. The role owns customer demonstrations, solution design, discovery, POC criteria, technical wins, and cross-platform value propositions, while collaborating with senior engineers, product teams, and customer stakeholders. Candidates need 1–3 years of experience in GRC or a related field, SaaS demonstration experience, strong communication skills, and comfort partnering with Sales. The position offers a U.S. pay range of $75,000–$93,000 USD and follows a hybrid model requiring onsite work at least 50% of the time at a Diligent office.
