Diligent is hiring a Solutions Engineer to partner with Sales and lead pre-sales for small to mid-sized opportunities in risk, audit, controls, and governance. The role owns customer demonstrations, solution design, discovery, POC criteria, technical wins, and cross-platform value propositions, while collaborating with senior engineers, product teams, and customer stakeholders. Candidates need 1–3 years of experience in GRC, risk, audit, controls, IT risk, or compliance, along with SaaS demonstration experience. The position offers a CAD 86,000–107,000 salary and follows a hybrid model requiring onsite work at least 50% of the time at a Diligent office.
