Encord is hiring a Solutions Engineer to serve as the technical expert for complex enterprise AI customers. The role partners with Account Executives and ML teams to lead technical strategy, conduct discovery, architect integrations, build and deliver Python-based proof-of-concepts, guide prospects through security and architecture evaluations, translate technical value to senior stakeholders, and provide customer feedback to product and engineering teams. Candidates need 1–5+ years of customer-facing AI experience, strong Python and cloud skills, machine learning knowledge, and experience leading technical POCs in enterprise sales.
