Feathery is hiring a Solutions Engineer to work with prospective and existing insurance and wealth management customers to design, implement, and scale Feathery workflows. The role combines customer-facing technical solution design, pre- and post-sales engagement, workflow architecture, proof-of-concept delivery, deployment support, product feedback, technical content creation, and team building. Candidates should have customer-facing technical experience, strong problem-solving skills, JavaScript and Python knowledge, and excellent communication skills. The position is based in the Downtown Toronto office and offers health, dental, and vision coverage, equity, and unlimited PTO.
