Giga is seeking a seasoned Solutions Engineer to join their founding team. This role involves collaborating with Sales, Forward Deployed Engineering, Product, and Core Engineering to help large brands operationalize AI agents for customer experience and support. The Solutions Engineer will lead complex engagements from pre-sales strategy to deployment and customer success, combining commercial acumen with technical expertise to deliver impactful solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in enterprise SaaS, excellent communication skills, comfort with ambiguity, and a solid technical foundation in areas like Python, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
