Grafana Labs is hiring a Solutions Engineer in Sweden to serve as a customer-facing product expert supporting pre-sales and technical enablement for its observability platform. The role partners with Sales to explain value, run demos and presentations, lead technical evaluations, help close complex opportunities, and provide feedback to product and engineering teams. Candidates need 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience, strong communication and collaboration skills, and a technical mindset; experience with open source or metrics/monitoring is a plus. The company is remote-first and offers country-specific OTE compensation plus RSUs.
