Description
Helius is hiring a Solutions Engineer to serve as the technical front door for developers using Helius APIs and streaming products. The role combines real-time customer support, troubleshooting, SDK and demo development, documentation improvement, support automation, and collaboration with engineering and enterprise teams. It is a hybrid position with remote-first flexibility, requiring 1–2 years of technical experience and familiarity with TypeScript and Rust, distributed systems, and the Solana ecosystem.
